At Linkow Baltimore, we know that the best agents bring both insight and intention to every transaction. Kimberly Chatman is a perfect example—pairing decades of business acumen with a heart for service.
A Path Built on Purpose
Kimberly’s journey into real estate began not with sales, but with support. After a successful career in marketing research and analytics, she launched her own consulting firm. When friends and family voiced frustration with their real estate experiences, she saw a gap she could fill—with empathy, clarity, and care.
Since getting licensed in 2018, she’s earned a reputation for delivering a seamless and deeply personalized experience. Her Master’s in Organizational Leadership and background in data strategy give her an edge when it comes to anticipating needs, solving problems, and guiding people through one of life’s most important decisions.
Real Estate, Reimagined
Kimberly’s clients often describe her as calm, clear, and deeply committed. She brings structure to the process without ever losing sight of the people it’s designed to serve. Whether working with a first-time buyer or a seasoned seller, Kimberly leads with transparency and purpose—making complex decisions feel simple.
Having lived in three of four U.S. time zones, she understands the emotion and logistics that come with a move. Her goal is always to make the journey easier, clearer, and more rewarding.
Grounded in Community, Driven by Heart
Kimberly doesn’t just work in the community—she shows up for it. She serves on the board of Housed Working and Healthy, Columbine Elementary School, and the State Advisory Council for Parent Involvement in Education, and is deeply involved with Mile High United Way. Her belief in housing as a pathway to wellness and equity fuels everything she does.
At Linkow Baltimore, we’re honored to welcome Kimberly to the team—and even more excited to see the way her thoughtful approach will continue to move people, literally and figuratively.
